Competition Court accuses “cartel” banks of hindering “concrete and detailed knowledge” of their accounts

Before defining the fines to be applied in the process of exchanging data between banks, the Court of Santarém asked banking institutions to indicate their most recent financial situation. Six banks did not do so. The judge suggests that they did not want to show the size of their profits to the courts
