The woman accused of racist insults against the children of Brazilian actors is tried in Almada

Adélia Barros is accused by the Public Ministry of aggravated insults for calling the two young children of a couple of Brazilian actors “filthy black people”. The trial begins this Thursday at the Almada Court. The suspect is Portuguese and risks more than two years in prison. In Brazil, another woman was sentenced to eight years in prison for racist insults to the same children.
